Get a really good lawyer...pay the money....it is worth it.
Also see if your state has PTI (pre-trail intervention) if it does, than try to get accepted. It has to be your first offense and you have to pay a good bit of money. PTI includes: drug testing, drug therapy classes, AA and NA meetings, community service, a prison tour, and maybe a term paper. But at the end you will NOT have a record!! And it will never show up with a job interview
or if you are arrested again. The files are sealed!!
If your state doesn't offer PTI, you will get rehab, probation, jail time, or parole.
Don't listen to these ppl critcitzing you! You make mistakes, just like everyone else. The mistakes are just different!
Good Luck!

Never ever talk to anyone about your case except your lawyer. If you don't have money for your own lawyer, have faith, because not all public defenders are bad. I, am living proof of beating drug charges with a public defender representing me. I had evidence suppressed due to illegal traffic stop. That is one way to beat drug charges. It all depends on your case.
And for all those brilliant people who have reply to your question with "don't do Drugs", if they are so smart on the topic then they would have
actually answered the question. Of course you probablly know and I most definately know that opinions are like ?#!@les every ones got one mine included.

Isn't it interesting, all the absolutely rediculous questions that come up here?
" how to beat drug charges" "how to get a fake ID"
You need to refer to " Community Guidelines".
( as IF anyone would actually give you an answer you could use )
I 've seen people on here that are only 10 years old, maybe THEY could give you some advice.
Otherwise, looks like the ADULTS are telling you NOT to do drugs to begin with.
Guess it's too late for THAT advise though huh?

My bro-in-law was a transporter and his "boss" hired the best atty. in town and he STILL ended up in debt to the state (10k). But at least he didn't go to jail...
Hire an atty. is the best I can say.
