Mirko "CroCop" because if all of your heroes and idol, bruce Lee, Jet Li, Chuck Norris, and some weird old man in mountain can beat him at hands to hands, Mirko would have the knowledge to whip out a machine gun and shoot them all down or set up a booby trap. He use to be in Croatia special anti terrorist squad.

However I really doubt he would need weapons to bend bruce Lee or other so called "fighter" listed above over like a choir boy.

As for best hands to hands fighter, it would be Fedor.

I think ninedemonsgod had partially the best answer. The best fighter you ask. Sprot fighting like the no hold barred fights we see on tv ? or the deadliest person in the world. There is probably some person somewhere in the world who has been studing true dim mak thru his family or in a temple all his life. In a confrontation he wont go for the pin or knock out. He/she was never trained for that. He/she will suddenly blast out with some Kyush/Dim Mak points and kill you dead in very short order. Then you have the mystery circle. We had one in my school. I could never beek Kenny. Kenny could never beat John and John could never beet me. No matter how bad you or some one is, there is some one else that got your number.
Just a thought

I don't think that answer will ever be rightfully answered. There's so much guys with awesome natural talent, that just aren't on any type of mainstream exposure.
