Yes, and it did. Now it is supporting life with less O2. There must be a balance, which is why deforestation, and large human populations could eventually deplete the oxygen, and kill us. And with too much oxygen, the trees would die. One can not live without the other. It would be better to have more oxygen than we do now, but too much and the atmosphere would become very combustible.

Apparently so, since it's only pure oxygen that can damage us. Even a higher level of oxygen wouldn't be harmful, we breathe in a mixture of oxygen-nitrogen.

use your mind guy. i hate to rot on people yet heavily? imagine. what does life as all of us recognize it favor? OXYGEN. that cuts out #one million. the ambience isn't very skinny, therefore the greenhouse result. #3 is out. #4 would not make any experience. the ambience does not sparkling out pollution. it filters UV rays. that leaves purely one #2. *gasp* somewhat? people favor oxygen? shocker. sorry dude. lower back, did not advise to be rude yet please workout elementary experience interior the destiny.
