Good question...you might want to start with some psychological counselling to see what it is that makes you feel the way you do.
Sending love, light and blessing to you with this message!

Ok, I'm not sure if you're being serious, but serious or not, your question is slightly disturbing. I will try to answer as best I can.
You first need to figure out why you have these destructive thoughts. Where did they come from? When did they start? It's like pulling weeds. You can just expect to pull the top off and for them to not come back, you have to get the root. Figure out what your roots are.
Once you figure out why you feel this way, only then can you begin to fix it.
In life, one thing I've learned is that in order to change the outcome, you have to change the behavior. It's all in your head, just conciously make the decision to change your train of thought. Wake up every morning and tell yourself that you won't think that way today, that you'll be happy and nice to people, and you'll end the day with smile.
Sounds corny, I know, but it works. Short of seeing a shrink, that's the best you can do.

In order to forgive others we must forgive ourselves.
You are angry you realize that ,and you have a conscience because you are asking for help here. You also know good from bad. You have some desire to get control over this sadness. You should talk to a professional.
I found great peace in reading a book by Ken Carey , The Star seed Transmitions.
May positive energy flow your way.

I have a problem loving myself too. I sure don't deserve it. The only thing that keeps me going is remembering that I am God's child, and that He loves me enough to kill His own son so that I could live eternally with Him in paradise. When I start thinking about myself and all the awful things I did, I can start moving the focus to God and remember that eventually, in eternity, there won't be anything bad about me.

Well you dont go out of your way and bake cookies for those that want to harm people. Those people will get convicted under state law because what they did is wrong. But its the love that will not cheat on your spouse or gf/bf, not gossip about someone, lie, steal.... ya know stuff that harm others. wink

It's not what a person wants to do that defines him, but what he choses to do. Have you ever actually done any of those terrible things that you talked about? I don't think you have.
But it sounds like you might consider some kind of therapy to help you avoid doing them.

Sounds to me like you have a lot of rage inside. To build your self-esteem level, I think you should hire a psychologist. I don't want to be offensive, I think it would really help you. I don't want anyone feeling like that.
