From Tucson thru L.A., that is-- what's the best way around L.A. so that I avoid the most traffic, minimize my travel time.

try I-10 to US95 @ CA line, go north to I-40, then go west to CA 58 in Barstow, continue west to I-5 & go north and arrive in San Jose. This is just a glance at a map, but you check it out for yourself. This is a bit longer than just going thru LA, but I like the scenic route myself sometimes!

Take the 10 from Tuscon, then the 5 once you get to LA and head North!

Have fun and pick up a Dionne Warwick CD and listen to the song!
