I used Frontier for the first time about 10 days ago. The majority of my flying over the last ten years has been on Southwest, so I guess I was comparing the whole time, but it seemed that Frontier was slow and ineffecient. Some of this is due to my ignorance of their procedures, but I would still have to give them a 7.

Frontier was one of the few lines servicing Wichita Ks in the 70's, and I found it to be super! Traveled many times to Kansas City and Little Rock Ar,- limited mileage, but very satisfied with the service and prices. However, as we're painfully aware- quest for the extra nickel turns peanuts into pretzels.

I really liked it. if you've got kids, they will love the "inflight entertainment" with 24 channels(well, who wouldnt love that..)and they are animal friendly with different mountain animals on the tail. The service is really good also. I recommend it- 10/10
