probably then you have more fat then muscle if you weight normal but look "fat". I suggest eating healthy, doing a lot of cardio to lose the fat, then when that happens, start upping your protein intake and do some lifting/weight excercises to tone up, that includes push ups, crunches, things like that. good luck.

U look fat to U ?.....I think it's all in your head! Just continue working out and don't worry about looking fat, what matters is that u are working out consistently...maybe modify your diet just a little to get better results. It could be that u have a big build or a large frame...and that should not be confused for being fat.

Every body is built differently. It may be your body type. Try a different exercises routine and cut down a little on the meals.

Maybe you need to build more muscle mass , fat mass looks bigger than muscle
