They have a small rhesus monkey living in a little compartment in the back, and when the oven is not in use he comes out and scrapes all the gunk out of the oven for you... isn't that neat? If you notice a putrid odor from inside the oven that means your monkey has died, and you should order a new one.

The inside of the oven is made of a metal that can withstand 1000 degrees or more of heat. Your Dad is right. Heat up burn off and presto chango clean.....

It is because of the extreme heat. However, it is best to still wipe out any excess or grime left over after the self clean cycle has finished.

POP is right,.....The burners on top and bottom run at full for 2+ hours, and this turns waste to ash....Right on DAD!!!
