Yes, but they obviously have very different beliefs about who Allah is and what he is capable than the arab muslims.

Allah means God in Arabic. Oh, and what does it matter what He is called, He is the same person ..Allah or God, just percieved differently to different cultures, or that is what I believe, but... I don't practice any kind of religion because it causes too much pain and strife. Too many people argue because of religion, I really don't want to. But i do know for a fact that God=allah, they are not gonna speak English just to say the word God when there is an Arabic word for it.

I can say that u do not understand the basic of Islam or even Arabic language. Allah means = The God. (in polite way) not the name of God no it means The God itself.
Elah Ø¥ÙÙ in Arabic means God and اÙÙÙ means The God.

actually the word Allah maybe mentioned more times in the Arabic Bible than what's in the Quran.
and Allah is not the arab God. He is everyone God. there are more non-arab muslims than Arab muslims.

Allah is the Arab word for God.
you would be further surprised that Muslims honour Jesus Christ (not as the son of god but as yet another prophet) as well as some other christian saints.
