Okaydooky...So I mostly agree with those above me. Well not the ones who want you to talk about sex but hello is a good start. I also wanted to give you some advice. Don't start the conversation about yourself unless you are identifying with something he likes or he asks you a question. theres more but I'm being kicked off the computer.

Whatever you do, don't try to make your personality different from how it usually is. If you do you will either have to pretend to be somebody different for the rest of your life or it will seem to him like you "changed" all of a sudden when you go back to acting normally. If he doesn't like shy girls then pretending not to be shy will only make you miserable.

start off with some small talk.. just something random.. dont get too aggressive tryin to talk to him alot
next few times just make sure u say hi first and see if he tries to carry on the convo
then try and make talking a regular thing after that

When you see him make conversation. ask some questions and seem curious. By then you will fill comfortable. tell him about the wonderful time you had then he will realize how interested you are in him. You both will then go on more dates and soon will begin a relationship.

I would like it if a girl came up to me and said hi, how are you doing. Then after i would reply, say somthing nice. If the boy does not respond talk to him later. Remember never talk dirty language.

Simple just open your mouth and talk one word at a time just be your sweet self it will be ok, make sure your mouth is fresh and clean, and have nothing in between your teeth LOL...

Don't force it because it will make you more nervous just talk to him like you want him to be your friend and before you know it everyday you will have a conversation with him.
