i pity you! The smartest man on earth has questions, in fact steven hawking just asked a question a week ago. You can't know anything unless you first know that you know nothing at all! So to answer your question, most questions are asked by intelegent people, for it is those people who weren't ever affraid to learn

According to my former geography teacher (coolest teacher in the world!!!)
"There is no such thing as a stupid question. Only stupid people."
He's an ex-marine...and proud of it! O.o
(Nah don't one takes his quote seriously. We just think its funny.)

No, ignorant people ask questions, stupid people ask dumb questions, dumb people are unable to learn and they cannot ask questions because it is another word for 'mute'.

Yes you do.
Sorry obvious answer... It depends on how you want to define dumb.
It not that you don't know something it could just be you haven't learned it yet.

How do you learn things if you don't ask.
I like when people ask me questions, it shows
a willingness to learn, and a willingness to get to know that person better.
