i pity you! The smartest man on earth has questions, in fact steven hawking just asked a question a week ago. You can't know anything unless you first know that you know nothing at all! So to answer your question, most questions are asked by intelegent people, for it is those people who weren't ever affraid to learn

No, ignorant people ask questions, stupid people ask dumb questions, dumb people are unable to learn and they cannot ask questions because it is another word for 'mute'.
