My wedding is right before summer time, and I found really cute ones on ebay, and I want something unique and useful--but is it too unique? thanks!

Absolutely give them the beach towels. Having been in more than a dozen weddings, I always remember the really unique and useful gifts (a silver compact with my name engraved on it) as opposed to bridesmaid jewelry that you'll sell in a garage sale (pearl earrings and necklace that were peeling before the wedding). If you really want all the bridesmaids jewelry to match, go to www.sammoon.com and you can find attractive costume jewelry that won't break the bank and you can still give the beach towels that your bridesmaids will love. Best Wishes!

This is a great idea, oh my god a bridesmaid gift I would use again. The only gift I have ever used after the wedding was a little silver evening bag. I have so many pairs of fake pearl earrings I could open a jewelry store. I don't even like pearls. Go for the beach towels, I love it.

This is a great idea. All I ever got as a bridesmaid was an ugly dress that I would never wear again and cheap jewelry that gave me a green neck and ear infections.

Monogrammed beach towels what an excellent idea, most definitely stick with the beach towels.

Love your thinking

Congratulations!

I would give them something useful... all the things I've ever gotten from being a bridesmaid eventually just got thrown away... you obviously know these girls well enough if they are in your wedding... be creative with what you know each of them likes... you don't have to get them all the same thing!

The necklaces are notably yet does no longer evaluate them a present because they're specifically to placed on in the marriage. a similar is going with the turn flops...until eventually you supply them without saying they're for the marriage. i in my opinion love turn flops so i does no longer techniques getting them as a present! in case you imagine they'll use the beauty luggage (in the experience that they placed on makeup, or don't have a beauty bag already), those are a constructive theory. For the MOH, i'd get something that ideal her in my opinion. Does she have any pastimes/pastimes?

That sounds like a fun idea! But don't put off creative jewelry. Check out www.breezybeachwear.com for a few ideas too.

Do they spend a lot of time at the beach, or at the pool?
Anything that they can use a lot, will be more appreciated than something they never will. Especially since being the bride you're going to make them wear those ugly bridesmaids dresses...lol.

Great idea! And no....it's not too unique, I think it's brilliant. Finally a gift someone can actually use! Good for you for thinking "outside of the box".

I think it's great! Definitely different. For my wedding, I gave my girls necklaces to wear for the ceremony, but I also had them to carry candles instead of bouquets. This was cheaper, and it gave them a keepsake from the wedding. Best of luck!
