The film was found in a Kodak Zoom 8 Automatic f/1.9 Model 2 camera. I assume this is not Super 8.

Any decent camera store/lab (NOT WalMart, Target etc.) should be able to develop the film, maybe not in store but at a pro lab. Black and white film is the easiest to develop. If it's Kodachrome, don't expect to see it for a few months. Look up Rocky Mountain Film company, they do all sorts of oddball film developing, except Kodachrome in large size film.
