Get a few feet away from her, and then yell her name and continue yelling that she has a big red stain on her but and tell her how stupid she was for wearing a white skirt.

Just discreetly tell her, offer her your wrap or sweater untill she can find replacement clothing..

Say, "Um, you might want to go to the restroom" very matter of factly and leave it at that. Don't mention it to her and if she brings it up later say , "No big deal, just letting you know" END OF CONVERSATION
