Bake some potatoes and add butter sour cream bacon bits and cheese for some special potatoes, also saute some mushrooms and place them on top of the steak when serving. Add a salad and some bread of your choice and you will feel like you are at a steak house

I would do a salad w/ fresh spring mix greens, dried cranberries, candied pecans, and crumbled blue cheese. Serve with a raspberry vingearette dressing. This will give your dinner a xmas feel while waking the taste buds.

With a steak dinner, you can eat a bake potato, yellow rice, pasta, or a salad. I like the salad myself. good luck.

Very very easy and tasty: Roasted asparagus: Simply take asparagus and roast in oven for about 5-10 mins (Not too long. Check on them to make sure they still have bite to them - Crisp. Prior to putting them in the oven coat with salt and pepper olive and garlic. I am telling you sooooooooo good. Maybe a splash of fresh lemon right before you serve them.
They will tast like you slaved over them but won't have too.
Good luck and enjoy!

Cream spinach and a baked potato are always good choices. Or make your dads favorite potato. Its always nice to have some grilled or sauted onions and or sauted mushrooms. These are the items they offer you in a steak house.
