How about some alternatives to saying "I think I am going to puke."

Don't need to be polite. When you gotta puke, you just puke. Better out that in. I once puked all over the dancing floor of a prom. And the same evening puked all over a teacher who was coming out of the toilet, and was too stunned to move out of the way. I mean, it was unstoppable. I tried to get to the bathrooom, but puke's got a mind of it's own.

Believe it or not this really happened to me. I was my younger sisters Madden of Honor, and I got an awful Migraine just before the wedding service. I was so sick I told my husband that I wasn't sure if I could do it or not. Then the music started and I had to give it a try.
I walked up front and was able to hold it down long enough for the minister to start to pray, then I ran out while everyone was praying.
The funniest part came later when the tape was replayed, and there I was running out as fast as I could, with my eyes wide open, then you could actually hear me on the tape letting it all go.

It happened to me awhile ago. I was talking to a neighbor and just said I have to go home and throw up, he said really, I said oh yes, went home did it and went back outside.
