If you're just starting out walking for an hour would best but thirty minutes a day is good. Just bump up the intensity or distance after a week or two. After that you should move on to jogging, bicycling, running, jump roping and any exercise that will make you sweat. Lifting weights will help a lot and you don't even have to use heavy weights. Use high repetition and workout for 30-40 mins. with 30 second breaks. Here's an example: work your arms, go to the legs, and then do some curl-ups. Keep repeating that but work a differently muscle group every time from head to toe. Breathe during your workouts and control the airflow when you are working out. From my workouts I found that the best exercise is to train the mind to eat right and think healthy. Everyday there is something that you can do for a workout unless you are lifting heavy. Remember to always stretch before you exercise.

Weight Loss By Yoga

Yoga has been around for thousands of years and it isn't until recently it conquered the western society. In yoga you will learn how to improve your muscular endurance, your flexibility, your balance and your coordination.

* Stand with the feet together and inhale the palms together in front of the heart in namaste position.

* Exhale and bend the knees, squatting down. Reach the hips down back as if you were going to sit on the edge of a chair, bringing your weight to the heels of the feet. Do not bring the hips lower than the level of the knees.

* Keeping the palms together, bring the left elbow to the right knee and look over the right shoulder at the back corner of the ceiling. Use the arms to roll the left shoulder up and back to feel a deep twist in the upper back.

* Breathe and hold for 3-6 breaths. To release: inhale and press down into the feet straightening the legs and inhale the arms up toward the ceiling.

Cardio! DO aerobics, go to the gym if you have membership and take the aerobics class 3-5 times a week. You will see results. You can try doing yoga and pilates too, I personally love them. And of course you can't be stuffing your face in with junk, try to eat healthier, you will see results.

Anything you can stick to in the long run. It doesn't matter how great the exercise is if you're just going to get tired or bored of it and ditch it.

Wear a garbage bag (seriously) and jog around the block a few time. The garbage bag acts like a sauna and you'll sweat out pounds REALLY quickly. It looks ridiculous, but it works.

Push the plate away

Seriously though don't wear a trash bag and run, you could get heat stroke. Some actor a couple years ago was jogging in a rubber line sweat suit and got heat stroke, can't remember his name but I can see his face..Black dude, comedian
