I suffer from migraines first i would suggest seeing a doctor about your blood pressure i just found out myself mine's really high so i have to do this too. But if you need it gone fast i would suggest massaging the side of your head on both sides with the TIP of your fingers and applying pressure or if it's on top spread your fingers out to make it look like you have arthritis and massage deeply the top of your head because that's where all the nerves are and one more thing if you have pain in your neck massage under the mid part of your head in the lower back and also if you take some Excedrine STRESS pill it will definately releive you of pain but Ask a doctor about anything i've said before doing anything cause I don't need sued lol! I wish you well on ridding yourself of your headache, My sympathy is with you I know your pain all to well myself

drink a lot of clean, cold water. Take aspirin if the pain won't go in days go to the doctor. Bad headache is nothing but cry for help of your body, maybe something wrong with you.

tylenol works for most people. also, advil can work if you dont have any tylenol. try resting, maybe in a dark room with not too much noise, and try to sleep it off. sometimes, caffeine works for people who are having headaches, so try drinking a coke or some coffee (excedrin headache has caffeine in it along with acetaminophen). if you are experiencing a migraine (very severe headache located to one side of the head), you may want to visit your doctor so he can prescribe you migraine medication such as imitrex or relpax.

If you have a headache due to allergies, you could try an antihistamine like Benadryl. If you are on other medication though you should call your doctor first.

sounds crazy, but you can use self-hypnosis.

no exp or training required, just put yourself in a restful state and focus on "pushing" the pain out of your head.

do a Google search for more specific instructions.

it actually can work!
