Gastric Bypass.
If you don't want to do that, then a healthy calorie restricted diet and exercise will help you reach your goal.

There is no fast way to do it, there is a steady and safe way that involves proper diet (not dieting like following a fad diet) and excercise. Know what you're putting into your body, realize how much nutritional value it has (or doesn't have) and get some excercise routines together. It doesn't have to be anything drastic, just something to get the ball rolling and for you to start seeing results. Don't go by what you see on the scale, but by how your clothes fit and by all means don't go by what you see in the mirror because we all pick ourselves apart as our own worst critics.

Fastest way would be gastric bypass or liposuction, although I wouldn't recommend them. Losing weight steady is more healthy and wise. Stick with a healthy diet and exercise plan. You're better off with that. Remember the faster you take the weight off, the faster it comes back!

Impossible to lose "fast", but if you excercise and maintain a healthy diet (food pyramid) (i.e. consume less calories than you burn) you will do Great!
I personally recommend running or a comparable excercise that burns a lot of calories.
Best of Luck to You :)

sadly, it's not easy to do it fast and it's not healthy....but...eat a lot of fruits and veggies in place of carbs so that you still feel full but aren't packing on the calories or fat or anything.....also...work out...i'm taking hydroxycut in hopes to give me a boost in addition to working out and eating better and eating much smaller portions....try maybe slim fast? just don't hurt yourself...it's not worth it...good luck!
