I am no longer on the Mental Health Services merry go round, left 2 years ago. I`m coping but just bit down.

It is a bit of a funny time when people have been discharged from the services. Often it means people have learnt to live with their condition so do not need the support. It is very difficult to stop using your support, and I am not surprised you feel a bit lost. Things will get better with experience and patience.

Sometimes it means the initial symptoms are getting better and support is no longer required. In this instance it is still hard to go from "support" to "no support".

Any change in life is hard. Just accept how you feel and look forwrd to feeling better.

You're confused, just go speak to someone you can trust, like a friend, priest or an understanding doctor, who may even suggest some kinf of counselling, good luck.

you were happy a lot of the time as a kid. You feel good at times now. But you're not happy as often. You remember what happiness is and experience it sometimes.

You're "OK".

Am i on target
