Aside from allergies and bug bites what makes you itch when you itch out of the blue?

What causes a computer to mess up out of the blue, when there's no virus, etc?
You never know.
An itch could be a nerve in a single hair follicle backfiring.
With me, it's the moist, wrinkly flesh down below....drives me NUTS sometimes!

Too much laundry detergent, not enough rinsing. Certain types of socks. Poision Ivy, Poison Oak. House fleas. BUg bites. Bee stings. hair growth. The healing of a scratch wound.
