i herd that a 30lb carp could reach upto 3000-4000 pound as they are a delicacy in some countries!!!

No idea how much you would get but when something is a delicacy some where in the world it usually means its horrible check out this little diamond from Tuscany think its called Cibio consist of calves intestines unlaid eggs and the comb from a cockerels head all served raw yes its true! think the name is correct Anyway why are you thinking about killing such a great fish ?
