Baked chicken. It is very simple and cheap. I buy chicken leg quarters, and place them on a broiler pan. I cover the chicken in seasoning, and sometimes bbq sauce. Then, I add water to the pan. I cook at 355 for 50 minutes.

My family is have roast beef with carrots, onions and celery in a mushroom sauce along with fried cabbage, butter beans and corn bread.
