I got my hair died a really dark brown. Friday I amm getting a few chncky platumin blond highlights put in it. Will it be to loud?

probably a lil...mayb just try small blonde hightlights....sometimes its just a lil too drastic...

I think you risk looking like a zebra with really dark brown hair and chunky platinum highlights :-)
Maybe you could just add some strands of golden blonde highlights or a few strands of maroon highlights which will give your hair a sort of reddish glow in the sun- those are in style now.

I dont think anything is TOO loud. But maybe you could try some smaller blends of caramel and blonde to quiet it down a bit. I like the "calico" look of mixing caramel, cocoa, bronze and blonde chunks in small doses. very cute. but it may be a little more than you are going for. make sure you have a good and skilled hair artist. I love my lady so much. she keeps my hair shiny and healthy!!
