Since the May of last year I have had a similar problem I don’t know if it could cause the same effects but it sounds like it does.
Since I had my son May of last year I swear a month later I would wake up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain, I would have my husband call the emergency room and they would say it was just gas, so I lived with this pain for all most a year and this past April I could not stand it any more, I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like I was going to die called the doctor they told me the same thing “ JUST GAS” so eventuality the pain went down and in the morning it started up again I went straight to the emergency and to find out I had gull stones I was hospitalized for a week I had two surgeries one to remove the gull stones and the other to remove my gull bladder. Also the reason I was hospitalized so long was because every thing that had been happening with the gull stones and my bladder it turned in to pancreatitis, so watch out for that.
Good luck and stay away from fatty and greasy foods and go see a doctor.

ouch kidney stones hurt....i had the same problem...i would get them all the time and i would even have to go to the hospital they hurt so bad. eat and drink citrusy things, like lemonade, pomegranate juice, etc. drink a lot of water and stay away from really salty things(popcorn makes me get kidney stones)go to the bathroom a lot and "keep things moving", just incase you have a kidney stone in there.

Make sure what ever is getting caught up in your system gets flushed out with PLENTY of water, and cranberry juice. I'm sure your doc has told you the cause....Do you take lots of medications or are your kidneys just functioning improperly?

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.
They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!
This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.
It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.

Same here and has been going on since I was 15. I read just yesterday about a new thing called Uriflow. Google it. It's supposed to break them up, help your urinary system and prevent more in the future.
