It's called sod's law...........very annoying! But really, when we are looking for something in a hurry, then we don't look properly & therefore miss it!

LAST place you look.. LAST place Not the first!!
Its always the last place, cause once you have found it... guess what... you STOP looking!!
Try it, next time you lose something, when you find it, go look under the kitchen sink, that way it will not be in the last place you look!!!

Yes i know what you mean. I have a very bad problem like this with car keys. Guess we are so desperate to find the thing weve lost we dont look properly to start with. Then you start your search again and there it is.

Through experience we have the same thing at home, call it a spirit or another dimension but whatever it is it has a sense of humour.
