What kind of cereals/food do you enjoy best? I personally love the Envirokids waffles, & Frosted corn flakes. That brand is great. As well as Tinkyada(sp?) pasta. Another great cereal is made by Glutino, and is very similar to cheerios=D. It comes in a variety of flavors. If you have a wild oats around Id suggest going there. They have many gluten free items such as cereal bars and cookies that are AMAZING. Bobs red mill mixes for things such as Chocchip cookies are quite tasty. Also, if you go to the freezer section there's usually quite a few delightful entrees=]. Let me know if you're looking for anything specific.

I usually go into the grocery store, Ultra or strack and van til, and the gluten free cereal is on the wall across from the regular cereal

I go to my natural foods store and they have a whole store full of gluten free food. Yes! I expecially love the gluten free whole grain baking flour that I make my bread machine breads with. YUMMY. I personally love the bear mush, it's like cream of wheat. YUMMY again. My kids love it too. All you have to do is ask one of the clerks, they are happy to help. Good Luck. Nana

The list might get long; I had downloaded it for myself a few months ago (There also might be repeats as they are from different sites):
Cereal and baking products - corn (maize) flour, soya flour, lentil flour, rice (all types), rice flour, rice bran, potato flour, buckwheat, millet, amaranth, breakfast cereals made from corn and rice without malt extract, polenta and psyllium.
Bread, cakes and biscuits - most rice crackers, corn cakes, rice crispbreads, corn tortillas and corn taco shells.
Hot cereals made from cornmeal or other corn-based cereal, Cream of Rice, hominy, rice; Puffed Rice, cereals made without malt.
