found some pills----any clue what they are ? orange,round,d-v on one side 110 on other about advil size?

fell out of someones pocket at party,not sure if its a 'needed' medecine,or dope heads being careless.

Probably you are making mistake. 110 strength preparation of medicine is not available, so far I know.
