My boyfriend, whom I've been with for 3yrs, live apart but he has keys to my place. The thing is we put our money together to buy all the major electronics for my place, t.v, computer etc.. I wanted to do it by myself but since he is there all the time he volunteered to help. If we break up which might be sooner rather than later, who actually owns everything?

Well, I would keep everything if I was you. He offered to help you, so that seems more like gifts than a 50/50 type deal. Is he really going to be petty enough to try and move stuff out? If he was nice enough to help you, I'm sure he won't.

I hate to say it but its your money. He's a dumby for fitting the bill. You buy things together only if y'all were married and had a house.

Probably too late to discuss it now but remember the problems and talk, talk, talk about things the next time.
