They are not really related.
I broke a toe when I was six and knew nothing of love (except for my ma and pa) and let me tell you, it hurt like the blazes. But I don't think a broken toe is a prerequisite for romantic love.
On the other hand, the first girl I ever loved, Suzie S., was a peach, and taught me more about love than I could absorb at the time. When it ended, I was sad, but not "in pain." It was time for her to move on, and I sort of understood, in my adolescent fashion.
So no, pain and love are not necessarily related, unless you are married, then it is an unavoidable condition.

It's better to endure pain first to feel love. If you enjoy love first then feel pain, it is useless.

Excellent question; because love can lead to pain. Yet pain can be felt as the result of love. Which comes first is like the old adage; which can first the egg or the chicken?

You are mixing apples and oranges here. To feel love you must first feel the absence of love. To experience being pain-free, you must first experience pain. Pain is not the opposite of love. Abscence of love is.
