the average cola has the equivalent of 8 cups of sugar.

coffee is better for you.

PS - caffeine nulls and voids the antioxidants. It prevents the absorption of them.

The Coke - phosphoric acid, corn syrup and all those other secret ingredients. Mmm Mmm Good!

At least with the coffee you can throttle how strong and how much cream/sugar you want.

Coke is much worse. Coffee stimulates brain cells in a very healthy way;something to do with oxygen. The caffeine is irrelevant to this effect.

They are both bad for you because of the Sugar...but if I had to choose one I would choose coffee but drink it black. Anything canned may contain a high content of Sodium which is double bad for you. Also, make sure you brush right after drinking coffee because the coffee stains your teeth.

why would you ruin a good cup of coffee by putting cream&sugar in it.
pop has more chemicals than a toxic waste dump in it.
