Sounds a little like arthritis..our joints are cushioned by fluid and muscle and tendon..as we get older the fluid becomes thinner and our tendons and muscles atrophy and stretch from repetitive use..what we hear is called "crepitus" which is the grinding of those parts..If you are not having pain don't panic..but if you have pain with movement in any extremity deformity, or difficulty walking or moving your arms, wrists or fingers..or notice swelling then see your physician.

mine do the same thing but i have bad knees, and i'm only 24
