Um how old is your brother? Just last week I caught my granddaughter doing the same thing to the dog? I asked her what she was doing and she said she was milking the dog. I had to explain a few things to her without making her feel bad so that she understands more about different animals. It depends on the age of the child. But yes I would say something to your parents so that they can help him . Good luck

You would be surprised what little children don't understand, and if he is very young it doesn't mean anything. If he is very young, I would make it clear to him that this is improper and DO NOT report it to anyone.
If he is like 15 - well, that's pretty complicated then. Do you have a friend that is a pastor or something that you can bounce this off of? There are too many individual things that would have to be known about your brother and family to get this one right. An impartial adult that knows your family is what you would need in that case.

I read somewhere that 20% of men and 10% of women (they admit less) have done something like that. Luckily I never had dogs when I was a kid or never lived on a farm. I know it sounds very strange but its probably very common. Maybe mention it to your parents so they can talk with him about it.

First if he is 12 or under YES tell your parents. Privatley. They will need to have a serious talk with him. If he is older you might want to talk to him first & try your darndest to keep the poor baby away from him! Don't leave him alone with him. You might outta take him (the dog) to the vet also if it is a small dog he could be hurt.

Absolutely! What he's doing is wrong and harmful! If he continues, it will just become an addiction...eventually, THAT won't do the trick, so he'll keep moving on!
Cut it off at the source before it DOES develop into something even worse! It's not ratting on him: it's showing you care! You'll be doing him a favor!!!

would definitelytell your mother--if this is really true--a friend of mine sons did that and it caused internal damage to the dog which eventually killed her. There is no reason for this and your dog HAS to be hurting and if you DON'T do something----then you too are guilty of animal cruelty unless tis is a joke

Yes because he is hurting the dog. Either tell them or hold him down and let the dog bang him for a while

Yes you should go to your Mom and Dad and tell them privately what happen and what you saw. Unfortunately we don't know your age or your brothers age. But it is something that is not natural or normal. So yes you should tell your mom and dad.

oooh, that ruff!
He he, just couldn't help myself.
Seriously though...
Yes of course tell your parents, he may need to be watched more closely around the dog, and be educated that it is inappropriate to abuse animals.
He should be taught to find an alternative way to relieve himself sexually. Preferably with himself.
