having nausea?

iam so nausea and i have dirrhea and iam not eating alot or drinking alot becasue of the nausea what i os worng with me ?

every time i eat or dirnk anything i get so nausea

i tryed every thing nothing works for nausea

I had the same symptoms about 2 weeks ago. It is something going around. I had diarrhea so bad I went to the bathroom 10 times between 7 am and 10 am. It just has to wear itself out. One of the other nurses I work with had it and when I got home, my son had it. Don't eat or drink anything for the next couple hours to give your bowel a rest. Then you can try sipping on some pop or water. It goes on for about 24-36 hours.

take some amodium AD to control the diarreaha and some emetrol for the nausea. try to eat some popsicles or sip some tea. you will need all the h20 you can, but you are right, don't overdo it or you might throw it up. also try to eat some dry toast or crackers.
it is probably just the stomach flu.

don't know what it is , need to see a doctor, but i do recommend some crackers for nausea or a cup of tea with a teaspoon of jellie to coat yur stomach. this will help you be get something in your stomach till you can see a doc.
