Where can I find a public boat launch in Hilton Head, Folly Isand, Sc?

Your geography is a bit mixed up. Hilton Head is a city. Hilton Head Island is another city and Folly Beach is not an island but it is another coastal city. All are in SC. You should be able to get the info from http://www.dnr.sc.gov/pubs/boatfacilities.pdf
