She was the daughter of Heli and Anna. Anna's sister was Elizabeth, the mother of John the Baptist, thus making Mary and Elizabeth cousins (Luke 1:36)

Mary had a natural father and is famous for being a natural world virgin before becoming pregnant by the Holy Spirit and when Mary decided to follow God and refrain from sin she was a spiritual virgin with a spiritual father - the Lord who is God.

It is very important who the Father of Mary is, the old testament said Jesus would come from the line of David, as Christians we contend that Jesus was the son of God of technically he was not the Son of Joesph so if we don't know Mary's genealogy, which would start with her Father the we can't prove he's the foretold Messiah.

Luke Chapter 3 starting with verse 23 contains an linage that differs from the one at the beginning of Mathew, although both mention Joesph at the begining of the linage many believe the linage in Luke is actually that of Mary and Joesph is refer ed to as Heli's Son-in-Law, as it is against Jewish tradition to track women in Lineages.

So in light of this the answer is Helli.

The bible does not say but tradition has it that Anne and Joachim were her parents.

"All our information concerning the names and lives of Sts. Joachim and Anne, the parents of Mary, is derived from apocryphal literature, the Gospel of the Nativity of Mary, the Gospel of Pseudo-Matthew and the Protoevangelium of James."
