listen, as her mother, you have every right to protect your child, and lets face it, she still is a child. sometimes its ok to let them make their own decisions, but when they are in danger - you feel as though you have to intervene. i think you did the right thing, but in the end it will be her decision as she becomes an adult adn has to think on her own two feet. but for now, you are doing the right thing!!

ever read romeo and juliette? At this age and especially with the baby, these two have to work out some kind of relationship. If he is helping finacially with the baby, and she is willing they should be seeing each other at least sometimes.

You should be supportive of your daughter and her right to make her own decisions, even if they are bad. By trying to keep them apart you are only creating more problems that distract her from the true situation. Also, he is the father and she will need his support.

You are only showing care and concern for her. You are right even if she cant see it now. One day she will. But the boy will have the right to spend time with his child. So she will see him the rest of her life.

this is tough, but i think that you as a mother should talk to her and let her know your opinions, but i dont think you should just prohibit her to see him because she will just ignore you and see him whether you like it or not. she is old enough to make her own decisions, she has to see for herself that this guy is hurting her. in my opinion, do your best to try to make her understand that you love her and you tell her your ideas for her own benefit, but you cant force her to do anything.
