Peanut Butter and here is the easy recipe...
1 cup of Peanut Butter (chunky or smooth)
1/2 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon of vanilla
Mix above...set in refrigerator for about 1/2 hour
Roll into tablespoon size balls...place in cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool...you can also add chocolate chips if you desire before baking...
