mass produced.... cheap ingredients.... fairly standard stuff. I mean you aren't getting goat cheese pasta with chicken, your getting mac and cheese with a piece of meat loaf.
Basically, you have a factory that pops that stuff out like gang busters. The meat is grade "D" which is one level from being non sellable.

MSG is a flavor enhancer. I highly doubt that lean cuisine has that in their meals, but they might, just make sure you read the ingredients. The only health issue for you or other people is that some people like myself are allergic to it. It gives me migraines. It should by no means encourage your body to gain weight :)
