My own morals

We don't really have inner goodness. Yeah, we can pretend, but honestly, we're all about us.

"As it is written, "Not even one person is righteous. No one understands. No one searches for God. All have turned away. Together they have become worthless. No one shows kindness, not even one person! Their throats are open graves. With their tongues they practice deception. The venom of poisonous snakes is under their lips. Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness. Their feet are swift to shed blood. Ruin and misery mark their ways. They have not learned the path to peace. There is no fear of God before their eyes." (Romans 3:10-18)

Besides, any "goodness" that we may do is like this in God's sight, "...and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags..." (Isaiah 64:6b)

And before someone says, "I have a good heart!" Let me say this: "The heart is deceitful above all things, and incurable; who can know it?" (Jeremiah 17:9)

People always try to justify themselves, instead of owning up to the truth. The truth is, without Christ, we can do nothing. (John 15:5)

My roots are deep in the belief that helps me to treat everyone as my brothers and sisters. If I was raised with no religion to base things on, I would definitely be alot different today.
My parents taught all of us by example. Not, do as I say, but, do as you see me do. It all goes back to a strong belief in the Lord, who, should be all of our ultimate example.

We are all born into sin. No one, repeat, no one is sinless except Jesus. So if someone thinks I'm full of goodness its only because I know what sin is and who say's it's sin. We all think that "we" are really a good person, but look to God to see what he say's is goodness.

Own personal morals and beliefs. They happen to coinside with teachings of various religions. But I prefer to consider them my own greatness. (Ha-ha)
