what does Cet 2L for?

i saw a perscription on my bf's refridgerator, he has been having tooth problems, but im not sure if this is for dental. I can't ask him what it is because i don't want him to know i was looking at his perscription. Im pretty sure i got the letters correct, it was in script:

first of all if it was on the fridge - its not something hidden away and i would just ask and if you cannot ask something like that- then he is definitely not the man for you.

i looked around and i cannot find anything that looks like cet 2l . i would call a pharmacist and ask but most likely it is the chicken scratch of a dentist that hardly anyone can read and it's not that at all
