Discrepancy Report.

When you screw up in AF basic, the MTI "pulls" a Form 341 to document the infraction. You carry two partially filled in forms in your left breast pocket at all times.

Catch 22: Having more or less than two forms at all times is also a discrepancy. Once one has been pulled, they'll often check to see if you still have two. If you do, they'll pull one for having 3 to begin with. If you only have one left, they'll pull it for not having 2. Classic mind game!

It's a form used at the US Air Force Academy during Basic Training and the 4* year (Freshman) if there is a minor disiplinary infraction. USAFA Form 341 is the full title of it and it has room for the cadet's name, their squadron and element, as well as a brief description of what they did. Then the upperclassmen who is giving it to them signs their name and gives it to whoever the final authority (usually just a higher ranking cadet) is. They're kept to see if there is any trend in disipline issues.
