ok where my boyfriend lives he has 20 - 30 friends over a day. HIs moms at work.He is takin things out of other peoples yard, his younger bro just about burned the house down. they r always in the road, and they wont move for cars to drive through. Im scared that he will get ran over, what should i do?

If he's a thief, then dump this bum baby!!! He'll find a way to either blame you, or, at least, get you mixed up in one of his plans to steal from others. You sound like too nice a girl for this loser!!
Regarding his little brother's doings, call Child Protective Services on this family right away!!!
