From wrist to elbow, yes. And, the span of your arms is the same as your height. However, if you have connective tissue disease, this is not necessarily true. People with these diseases have longer arms, palms, etc. Ratios are not 1:1 like other people.

My foot IS about the same length as my forearm. Weird.
Did you also hear that your height is about the same as the fingertip-to-fingertip distance between your outstretched arms?

Yes it's amazing. Place your foot on your elbow joint and it will reach to your wrist. Also your arm span is the same as your height
