A few weeks ago I slid down a blow up water slide. I guess there was a hole in the slide because when I slid down it sank and I got the wind knocked out of me and my back hurt really bad. Now 4 weeks later it still hurts... any suggestions of how to fix it...also please keep in mind that I'm 13.

Well, definitely talk to your parents about it. You should see your regular doctor, and get a referral to either see a chiropractor, or maybe you can try some holistic approaches. But first things first, speak to your parents. You could have slipped disc or something which requires xrays and immediate attention.

I agree with blusky. Also, if you have an excercise ball, lay down and lean back as far as you can on it, and hold it. Do the same facing down. It'll stretch your back out and provide some relief.
