most of the time the speakers in your car are 4 ohm and the speakers at home are 8 ohm so yes you can hook them up for a fact because it woun't harm your radio or speakers. they might not sound as loud because the car radio wattage will decrease to half the wattage once you hook up an 8 ohm speaker instead of 4 ohm speaker however it's easy to fix that.. you can hook up two house speakers to each channel to make it back up to 4 ohm and increas the wattage back up out of the radio.. so if your car stereo has four speaker outputs. you can hook up 8 house speakers to it.. isn't that cool now.

living house twine will artwork for audio device yet i does no longer propose it! living house twine is "strong" and is no longer any further very versatile & it also does no longer manage vibration authentic. that is why speaker cables are made from "stranded" twine. see you later as you at the instantaneous are not employing tremendous extreme potential amps, 12 or 14 gauge stranded twine is what you should use.

You can if you want to, as long as your speakers have the right resistance or ohms, and can handle the power so they don't blow up.
