It is a great disservice to awaken a sleeping child before it is done with its nap.

Perhaps you may try offering your views from the point of
sharing and not teaching or with expectation that they should
agree with your ideas. Within an expression of sharing there
isn't any expression of opposition. Each individual is unique and
is exploring their experiences that we may view to be unwanted
or unacceptable. However we cannot totally understand the
expressed beliefs of another which is highly influential in coloring
their perception.
I find it best to share if they choose to listen or to try to be an
example of what it is you wish to share. This may solicit their
curiosity.
I think it to be most important to try to accept the differences of
others by not attempting to change them. It could be that the
path, so to speak, that they are on is quite purposeful for how
they need to motivate themselves to change.
Similar to trying to share an experience with someone only to
find them going ahead to doing it anyway. They just needed to
have the experience first hand.

Set the example. Actions really do speak louder than words.

has it ocurred to you that your co-workers don't want to take work home to their families. that's their area, not yours. i'd venture that they might not want you affecting their home- life in any way. they could consider it interferance in their personal family matters.
i'm not saying your nessisarily a bad or compulsive person, but just the mention of a question like that makes me see a red flag.

Keep people who bother them and seek to push their ideas at them at bay.
Everyone should be free to believe in what they want and left alone to lead their own lives.

You can't. Each individual has to come to the realization on her/his own and in their own time.
When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.

I think you should leave them to their own beliefs. You're entitled to yours, why push yours on them?
