They are viewed as the best fans in the world, by those that mistake them with the fans of the Scots national footy team. This would make sense - Scotland travel the world more than Rangers do.

that is classic
i'll give villareal as an example and leave it with that:
celtic faces villareal. the fans get on great, the villareal players all praise the celtic support as the best they've heard or seen, and in honour of the great behaviour and friendship forged villareal opens a celtic supporters bar in the city.
then rangers face villareal, and are sanctioned by UEFA for racist chanting and poor behaviour, including breaking bus windows and starting riots in the city

They are'nt!! Celtic fans are if you support Celtic! Liverpool fans are if you support Liverpool! etc etc etc! First time I've ever heard of of Rangers fans being classed as the best in the world though!!!
