It's possible, but like the others said, may not be entirely healthy. If you really want to lose weight quickly, wear a garbage bag (punching holes for your head and arms obviously) and jog around the block a few times. The garbage bag acts as a sauna and you'll basically sweat out a few pounds. It feels disgusting, not to mention looks ridiculous, but it really works.

No. It's not healthy cuz ur body will end up losing functions. the best way 2 lose weight is 2 eat healthy and build muscles, cuz the more muscles u have, the more energy they need. And by eat healthy, I don't mean to only eat a carrot stick 4 breakfast or only eat 1 huge meal. Just eat the right foods and don't use weight loss pills. You could lose 10 pounds in maybe 2 and a half weeks tops if you do what I said. Yeah the stairs thing works. so does the crunches.

Yeah, you could but would you live longer enough to enjoy the weight you lost?
Losing that much weight in a week could be fatal. Speak with your Doctor about what's best for your body type.
Watch what you eat, don't starve yourself. Stay away from sodas, sweets and fried food. Be sure to drink plenty of water and exercise. Cardio and weight lifting...

No - that is unhealthy. Your body cannot lose that much volume and remain healthy. Your best best would be to stretch that over 2-3 weeks. Losing 1/4 pound per day is fine.

What you're doing will work but you probably know losing 10 pounds in one week is not healthy. Plus you'll lose mainly liquids so be careful not to get dehydrated.

it depends---do you plan to cut off any part of your body? Leg/arm/nose? You may want to make a more reasonable effort. Or you could simply sew your lips together and sip water through a straw.
