I stopped working out at the gym cuz of my exams than i came back and worked out hard and my thighs hurted me thats normal. so when i went to the gym i only worked out my upper body and then i trained again and now my knee is hurting i cant walk i have to use the walls to walk like a baby and if i leave it i fall i am not sure its of the gym. when i sleep i wake up and find my knee fine and when pressure is applied it starts to...... u know. is it from the gym. another thing is i have which i call joint problems i can crack my jaw, elbow, my knee (i can crack it 80times a minute but i dont so it doesnt get a problem) a lot of things i can crack but its not a problem i shouldnt have even mentioned it and i dont think its related so what shoul i do guys? should i go to a docter (its only 1 knee thats hurting ) ??????
